ECP Fellows Internship Program
Raising up campus ministry leaders for the future…
Do you love college students? Are you a newly ordained or soon-to-be ordained clergy person that can see yourself working in campus ministry? Might God be calling you to invest in the leaders of tomorrow?
We invite you to consider interning with us in our ECP Fellows Internship Program. We are offering a 1-2 year internship program where you can apprentice with us at the Episcopal Church at Princeton (“ECP”); to receive training and mentorship in the art and practice of Campus Ministry. We hope to appoint a new Fellows Intern to start in the Fall of 2026.
ECP is one of the largest Episcopal Campus Ministries in the country, having a long history of successful campus ministry going back to 1876. ECP is currently being led by Fr. Allen Wakabayashi, a veteran campus minister with over 30 years of ministry on the college campus.
In addition to working with ECP at Princeton, our Fellows Intern will also be involved part-time at a local parish - presiding and preaching on Sunday mornings, working with the vestry, and providing some pastoral care and leadership for this small, local parish.
The goal of ECP’s Fellows Internship Program is to raise up and train future Campus Ministry leaders/Chaplains. Once a person has served out their 1-2 year internship with us, our hope is that they will then go on to lead Campus Ministry elsewhere at another campus.
